Hi all. Im new to lay betting. I placed the following bet at Ponte 3.45:

Artistic License 1.97 5.00 Lay 29-Jun-09 15:36 -4.85
Mango Music 1.99 5.00 Lay 29-Jun-09 15:43 5.00
Back subtotal: 0.00
Lay subtotal: 0.15
Market subtotal: 0.15
Commission @ 6.67%: 0.01
Net Market Total: 0.14


Then i check the results on william hill and it says that both artistic license and mango music lost.. so how come I didnt win on both?

Any help would be greatfully appreciated. Adam

If you have check and double check the result and the horses did indeed lose you should email Betfair support for an answer.
You do need to be careful when placing the bets as it is very easy to press the BET button thinking you have actually pressed the LAY one as I think might have been the case here.

Hope you get sorted soon if you have not been already.
