Could you please tell me what betting bots you know of that can place stop bets at odds of 1.01 in the article below?

I’m currently using Bet Angel and they seem to operate as in the first scenario: it polls the exchange and requests the desired odds. Being in-play, its extremely unlikely that this will get matched.
