Friday Lay Betting Update

A week in the life of someone that lays for a living can be full of ups and downs (fortunately more ups than downs). I have been using the BetBotPro to great effect (one losing day out of six) plus a couple of my own systems for my main account.

The coming week see’s more testing: I will be trialling Steady Profits – a high strike rate laying system, False favourites – this looks promising and Dodgy Favourites from the Paul Fowlie stable. I have 18 months of records for the latter if anyone wants a peek Just email me.

Also, I will be starting the testing of The Place to lay another low liability product from Mr Fowlie.

Back to the week in the life ……. not many lows this week, the Profit Rocket had a rare off day and dented my bank somewhat, however, this remains to be a goldmine – check out Steve’s piece on this.

A lot of the week was spent building/creating systems – this takes a lot of time. The lay betting forum is starting to get busier, and a bit of time was spent over at Kevins football forum where we are debating both the World Cup draw and the England team. If you haven’t ventured over there, you should do, Kevin could be a comedian, his posts are very funny.

I run the lay betting side of things for one reason – to help the members make money. If I come across a product that is rubbish, I will be diplomatic but say so – if it is good I will recommend it. Simple as that.

My motto with all aspects of investing – I don’t like that gambling word, is if in doubt, leave it out – this is particularily apt when lay betting.
